What is our
SCM?
When the Balista Crusher separates concrete rubble, the cement stone fraction is extracted as an ultra-fine powder — between 0 and 30 microns. This material has already reacted once with water, giving it a unique, highly circular and rounded grain structure with a large surface area.
The result is a supplementary cementitious material (SCM) that can partially replace clinker in cement production — reducing CO₂ emissions, cutting costs, and offering a reliable local alternative as fly ash supplies disappear from the European market.

Applications
Where our SCM
can be used.
Under current guidelines, up to 10% of a cement mixture can be supplemented with filler — making cement production cheaper and more CO₂-neutral.
