We convert concrete demolition waste back into high-quality raw materials — locally, efficiently, without water.
Who we are
Dureco Materials is a UK-based cleantech company with worldwide ambitions. We believe in a circular future — one where the resources embedded in today's structures are not wasted, but recovered and put back to work.
Every year, millions of tonnes of concrete rubble are discarded as low-grade fill. We think that is unacceptable. The sand, gravel and cement stone locked inside that rubble are valuable, scarce and worth recovering. So we built a machine that does exactly that — cleanly, locally and without water.
Our team combines deep sector knowledge, proven technology and an international network to fundamentally reshape how the construction industry sources its most basic raw materials. We are headquartered in the United Kingdom, with operations across Western Europe.
What we do
Our mobile machine separates concrete rubble into its three constituent materials — clean sand, clean gravel and cement stone dust — each ready for high-value reuse.
Construction-grade sand is running out globally. 40–50 billion tonnes are consumed yearly while supply is shrinking fast due to environmental restrictions.
Cement production causes 11% of global industrial CO₂ emissions. Recovering cement stone from rubble directly reduces the need for new clinker production.
30 million tonnes of concrete rubble arise in the UK each year. We transform it from low-grade fill into premium raw materials worth several times more.

Introduction film
We are producing our introduction film. It will show the Balista crusher at work and tell the story of Dureco Materials. Coming soon.
